In order to attain its goal and objectives HFC deploys the following strategies,
- Provision of educational support for needy children
- Provision of psychosocial care and support to OVCs and their families,
- Operation of Group homes for OVCs
- Peer education to address sexual and reproductive health needs and rights of young community members
- Community sensitization and entertainment to raise awareness
- Capacity building of CBOs ( Iddirs and youth clubs) and
- Promoting VSLA groups
- Promoting Income Generating Activities
